ABOUT THE AVOCADO+ LITE EXECUTIVE PROGRAMME

AVOCADO+ Lite is an eight-week executive course designed for leaders of BAMER non-profits working with underrepresented communities in the UK. It focuses on improving operational efficiency and funding sustainability through specialized training and support.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Must be a UK registered non-profit
  • Annual turn income should be between £0 and £150k
  • Black, Asian, Multi-Ethnic and Refugee (BAMER) led charities
  • Commitment to participate in weekly training sessions for 8 weeks

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Training that covers financial fitness, operations, bid writing, impact, effective leadership, networking, and awareness.
  • Coaching support from facilitator that have extensive experience with BAMER communities to offer high-level technical assistance to help you grow sustainably and raise funds for your projects.
  • Access to fundraising networks and events.
  • Lifetime membership of the AVOCADO Alumni Community, and more.

LEARNING REQUIREMENT

You will be expected to attend a 2-hour weekly session for 8 weeks, from 13th May 2026 – 1st July 2026.

PROGRAMME FEE

Thanks to our partners, the programme is free of charge. However, if shortlisted, an administrative fee of £50 will be required.
