How do I book a space?
Booking a space is simple. Submit an enquiry through our website, email hub@theavocadofoundation.org, call our team on +44 (0)8443 510 072, or visit us in person. We’ll confirm availability, pricing, and guide you through the booking process.
How quickly will you reply to my enquiry?
We respond to all enquiries within working hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
Can I book a space by the hour?
Yes. Most of our meeting rooms, hot desks, and event spaces can be booked by the hour, half-day, or full-day, subject to availability.
Where are you, and how do I get here?
We’re on the ground floor at 5–15 Cromer Street, King’s Cross, London WC1H 8LS — an 8 to 12 minute walk from King’s Cross St Pancras Underground and rail station. The Hub is step-free and fully accessible.
How many people can the Hub hold?
The Hub has a maximum capacity of 80 people. Meeting rooms seat up to 8, the training room up to 20, and the event space up to 50.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed once payment or an agreed deposit has been received. Our team will then send you confirmation along with any additional information you need.
