The AVOCADO Foundation sprung to life in 2014 from a vision of a world where disadvantaged and marginalised communities thrive, because individuals and organisations that serve them have access to financial management education and confidence to engage in enterprise.

AVOCADO Seeds
We offer entrepreneurial and financial literacy workshops and resources to give students and young people the knowledge and confidence to better understand, and manage, their finances.
AVOCADO+
We support Black, Asian, Multi-Ethnic and Refugee (BAMER) led nonprofit organisations in their journey towards resilience and growth, through dedicated training and resources.
AVOCADO Enterprise
We enable entrepreneurs to map out the building blocks they need to kickstart their small business or to boost a business idea, through our World Changers Entrepreneurship Training (WCET) Programme.

BAMER HUB is your FREE online platform full of actionable insight to help strengthen and grow your BAMER-led charity, community group or social enterprise. We know the challenges you face trying to support underrepresented communities in the UK, and BAMER HUB shows you the way to improve operational efficiencies and funding sustainability of your nonprofit organisation. How? With a dedicated hub of free online tools, tailored support and training programmes that are all underpinned by the Charities Aid Foundation’s six characteristics of a resilient charity.
